The MEPIELAN Centre is pleased to announce the organization of a Circle Training Seminar on “The Art and Technique of International Negotiations” within the framework of the “Lifelong Learning” Programme of the Institute of International Relations of Panteion University of Athens (IIR). The Circle Seminar will take place from 30 May to 20 June 2013 at the premises of IIR in Athens. It will be conducted in Greek, however an excellent knowledge of English is required.
